Hi and welcome to my family tree page dedicated to the research of the Stringer family and the Smith family which is my wife's side.
I am Kirk Stringer, a Midlander originally born in Upper Gornal Dudley part of the Black Country and proud. I left at 19 to join the RAF and after 22 years service (finished in April 2002), ended up in Lincoln 1998 to 2009 when I moved to Marlborough in Wiltshire. In 2011 I moved back to Telford to be close to family. My family is predominantly from the Tipton, Sedgley and Gornal areas of the Black Country,
My wife is a Shropshire girl originally from Beckbury and her family have either lived in Shropshire around Shifnal area or migrated from Nantwich to Wellington and Newport.
Our daughter Kayleigh (the first person on this tree) was born in RAF Hospital Wegberg in West Germany in 1987, she successfully completed her music degree at Salford University and also her teacher training at Edge Hill University and is now is now a music teacher in Hetton and lives in Newbiggin Northumberland.
